Last week, Aurochs founders Doug and Ryan hit the road with Corinne, Dan and Will to bring our great tasting, naturally gluten free beer to Philadelphia. We spent the days visiting bars and bottle shops, speaking to owners and bartenders, and introducing them to our beer. In the evenings, we hosted sampling events at Bocconcini (amazing gluten free pizza and pasta!), Beer Heaven, Rocko’s Beverage and Rybrew. If you attended the Rybrew tasting and open mic night you even got a chance to hear the sweet sound of Dan on his guitar.
We have a number of new places in Philadelphia where you can buy Aurochs Blonde Ale and Session IPA - check out the list below. We’ll be back next month to add additional locations and hold more sampling events including The Foodery on February 16, 6-8 PM and February 17, noon-12 PM and The Bottle Shop on February 17, 6-8 PM.
The trip wasn’t all work and no play, we used the drive out to stop at Pizza Boy Brewing (and catch up with the best insurance guy in the beer business: Andy Enders), St. Boniface Craft Brewing Co (Will geeked out a little talking about defoamers), and Victory Brewing Company. And while in Philadelphia we checked out Yards Brewing Company, Evil Genius Beer Company (thanks for an awesome night, guys!) and Vault Brewing Company. Thanks to everyone who took the time to talk shop and give us tours.
